Due to the limited number of seats and the high-touch nature of this experience, all registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your seat to a colleague from your organization (no fee), or

• Defer your registration to a future Glean Strategy Summit within 12 months (subject to availability)

To request a transfer or deferral, email us at caroline@cdbstrategy.com at least 7 days before the event.

In the unlikely event that Caroline is unable to lead the Glean Strategy Summit due to illness or emergency, a Glean-certified facilitator may lead the session but the format and quality will remain the same. In the rare event that is not possible, participants can choose one of two options:

• A rescheduled date for the Glean Strategy Summit or
• A full refund, no questions asked
